You must wear grip socks to Reformer classes. Entry without them will not be allowed.
We have grip socks available for purchase at the studio if you need or forget them.
-
late arrivals
Classes will always start and finish on time. The instructors will lock the front doors at the start time of each class. This is to ensure that all personal belongings are locked inside the studio.
On the instance that you do not arrive on the start time, you will not be able to get into the studio and your class will be forfeited with a $15 no show fee to your account.
We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the start of class to ensure you are able to attend your class.
-
cancellation/no show policy
We have a strict late cancellation/no show policy.
A class is considered a late cancel if you cancel within 4 hours of the class start time. A late cancel fee of $10 will automatically be charged.
A class is considered a no show if you do not show to a class you have booked into. A no show fee of $15 will automatically be charged.
Our late cancellation/no show policy applies to all attendees of the studio.
Cancellations must be made through the Momence app, or Pilates Bar app - texts, phone calls, emails will not be accepted.
If a scheduled class does not have 3 participants in the class, a class will be cancelled with a minimum of 2 hours notice. Your class will be credited back to your account.
-
waitlists
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If there are any cancellations, you will be notified up to an hour before the class commences.
When adding yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to attend that class should a space become available. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend to avoid late cancellation or no show fees as these will still apply in this instance.
Particularly for early morning classes, you must remove yourself from the waitlist before you go to sleep if you do not want to still attend the class. The waitlist moves quickly, and you can be accepted overnight at any hour.
We recommend waking up before the class time to check if you have been accepted if you have left yourself on there. -
I am pregnant. Can i attend?
YES! You can still attend.
If you are pregnant, you must notify your instructor how far along you are in your pregnancy journey.
